What this site can and cannot tell you
The recall pages list the campaigns NHTSA publishes under each model's names for a model year: what fails, the safety risk and the free remedy. A campaign may cover only part of a model year, so the list cannot say whether your vehicle is included or already repaired. That answer comes only from NHTSA's VIN search or the manufacturer.
43 do-not-drive and 70 park-outside campaigns
The most urgent recalls tell owners to stop driving or to park outside because of fire risk.
